Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

US Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders. Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days after your order ships. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Standard international shipping is free and takes 8–12 business days after your order ships.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, email us at support@aevorahome.com and we'll investigate immediately.
